Virtual Assistant – Lead & Customer Support

We’re growing pretty fast here at Elevate Her Marketing, and we’re looking for a proactive, confident, efficient, passionate-to-the-bone Virtual Assistant who focuses on Lead & Customer Support.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You are able to work every weekday vs. someone who has to work all allotted hours in one day (of course you can take time off but we’re not looking for someone that’s unavailable 3-4 days of the week).
  • You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of finishing projects. You love lists, and managing projects, and checking things off diligently.
  • You absolutely have to be an exceptional communicator. In fact, maybe you have even heard once or twice before that you’re an over communicator – that is perfect for this role.
  • You have some understanding of Digital Marketing. You will be communicating with leads about our packages and it’s helpful to have a little bit of knowledge in the area.
  • You will be communicating with customers + the team often. So, you need to enjoy talking with people and giving/getting directions, and be able to do it with love + empathy, yet still be professional…even if you’re having a sh*t day. You also are able to speak English fluently.
  • You have the ability to proactively respond to leads and inquiries and think critically on how to answer their specific questions.
  • You have some background in communication, client relations, customer service, and sales. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be a pro, we’re happy to train the right person.
  • You need to nail down the details and be meticulous in your work. 
  • Most importantly, you’re a bit of a ninja at moving things along, understanding the details, and executing tasks.. You never miss a beat when it comes to a to-do list. 
  • You feel very happy when you deliver a project and the response is “WOW this is AMAZING!”

    • Respond to Client Questions That Come in Via Email

  • PRIORITY #2 Lead & Client Relations Management
    • Lead Research
    • Organization and Management of Dubsado
    • Onboarding Clients via Dubsado (Contracts, Proposals, Forms, Workflows and Invoices)
    • Creation of Onboarding Materials in Google Drive & Canva
    • Liaison To Finance Team Concerning Client Budgets
    • Scheduling Calls Between Team & Clients
    • Managing Current Client Upgrade Requests via Dubsado & ClickUp
    • Drafting Invoices for Client Promotions & Upgrades
    • Additional Internal Client Tasks

  • PRIORITY #3 Marketing + Outreach
    • Media Inquiry Research
    • Media + Podcast Pitching
    • General Marketing Research + Implementation

Closing Thoughts

If this is a job that gets you so excited that you would even do it for free, we would totally accept that offer from you. But if you prefer compensation (and we totally get it…we prefer getting paid as well) this is what we offer: This is a part-time job. The pay ranges from $18-$23 an hour based on experience and the hours will be 7/week (28 hours per month) to start. Both pay and hours will increase as you’re able to handle more responsibilities.

In addition to being a detailed person, you must follow systems and processes. In fact, just to prove that you are detail oriented and can follow procedures when you apply for this position through the Google Form, please write “EHM is the coolest” under the question “Anything you’d like to share with us?” Yep, that’s our little trick to sort out the people who blanket send their resume to anyone and everyone, from the folks (that’s you) who are truly interested in this position. 

We are looking to bring our new colleague on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit both in abilities and culturally. One thing that will give you a BIG leg up (but is optional) is to send a quick video in along with your resume (in fact, everyone who works here did this).
