EHM Team Values
Ownership: We’re responsible, respectful, and honest. We take being proactive, solutions-oriented, and executing efficiently seriously. We show up and work to the best of our ability.
Communication: We use our voices to share thoughts and opinions in a productive way & make communication a priority. We’re not afraid to bring up uncomfortable topics and don’t avoid confrontation because it feels easier than speaking up.
Problem Solving: When things aren’t working, we go into brainstorm & research mode and focus on creating a solution. Instead of thinking of what’s wrong, we’re already working on solving the problem!
Adaptability: The world, business, and our industry are constantly changing. We’re agile & are willing to change course when needed. Despite the changes, we stay positive and motivated.
Creativity: We believe that the best work is the most creative work. We strive to consistently push our creative boundaries.
“Plus One” Attitude: We’re happy to go the extra mile for a team member or client and are willing to share feedback, help-out, and participate. We have boundaries but also know we all win by giving extra support to others.
Growth: We’re committed to continuous improvement and keep an open mind. We’re not afraid to question others or ourselves in the hope of learning more or making something better. We’re constantly thinking about what’s working or what feels broken and asking “why?”
Self-Care: We believe in feeling our best and taking care of ourselves in a way that promotes that – that means we’re realistic with our promises, we’re okay with saying no and we take time away from work to recharge.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion: We actively work to be anti-racist and loving to all people. We are committed to creating a business that is continuously improving in these areas.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, height, weight, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, and marital status.
We’re also a bit feisty. We’re honest and direct, and we want to have team members and clients that know it comes from a good place. We appreciate when our team and clients aren’t afraid to speak their mind (in a kind, professional way) when they believe in what they’re saying, even if that means telling someone (including the boss) they’re wrong…which she can be!
Plus we like to have fun. We work to help make the world a better place in our small way and to support ourselves in living happy lives.
